We do not guarantee 100% correctness and timeliness due to a number of reasons, technical or limitation of the phone, but we do everything possible for the system to work.

You have incorrect data. There was no shutdown / no alarm / data comes with a delay of 5 minutes. How to fix it?

We receive data from official sources. If there is no alarm or shutdown signal in the channel, we do not know anything about it. We only reflect what we received.
